Joshua Austin
Director
Joshua is the fifth of six kids in an Army family. His dad ('75), granddad ('50), along with uncles and cousins attended West Point. He met his wife of 11 years while serving with the International Mission Board in Tibet. After returning to the states he moved to NYC to engage Tibets and serve as the partnership coordinator for the Metro NY Baptist Association. He was then called for 5 years to Charleston, SC to serve as the BCM director at The Citadel and College of Charleston. Joshua and Marilyn returned to NY in January 2020.

Seminary: Masters of Christian Studies from Union University (TN), M. Div in Christian Ministry from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary (NC)
Interests: travel, outdoors, people, and anything competitive

Marilyn Austin
Women's Ministry
Marilyn's parents met attending BSU (now BCM) at Clemson University before moving to North Carolina. Marilyn was active in BCM at Winthrop University where she studied nutrition before serving with the International Mission Board in China teaching English. She has worked in the past as a dietitian and realtor while serving alongside Joshua with college students.
